Our registered office is 23/F, One Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, and we also operate from Freedom Works, The Mill Building, 31 Chatsworth Road, Worthing BN11 1LY, United Kingdom.

We are the data controller responsible for your personal data. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and, where we process the personal data of individuals in the United Kingdom, we do so in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

As a company incorporated in Hong Kong, we also handle personal data in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Our clients are based internationally, and we apply the protections described in this policy to the personal data of all our clients and contacts, wherever they are located, in line with the data protection laws that apply to them.
